General
Depends on stock availability. We strive to keep accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally stock may be inconsistent and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available products to you and contact you whether you would prefer to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

3.1 Refund Due to Change of Mind
Shamifar will not accept returns due to change of mind after placing the order.
Delivery Conditions
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 10 – 14 days.
4.2 International transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally are shipped 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier company.
4.3 Shipment Time
Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 business days after payment of the order. Our warehouse operates standard working hours Monday – Friday, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
For delivery address change requests, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 PO Box Shipping
PO box addresses are not accepted and we do not ship parcels to PO box addresses.
4.6 Military Address Sending
We cannot ship to military addresses.
4.7 Out of Stock Products
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and ship the rest of the order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the stipulated time, please contact us so we can investigate.
Tracking Notifications
Following shipment, customers will be sent a tracking link where they can track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transportation
If you find a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for next steps.
7. Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Shamifar recommends that you are aware of these potential costs before ordering with us. If you refuse to pay taxes and duties on arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Shamifar at the customer’s expense and the customer will receive a refund equal to the value of the goods paid minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
